U-2001 Batch Ovens, Large Capacity

These batch ovens are suitable for even the largest requirements for drying or processing materials. The batch ovens ability to accommodate large batches is desirable for increased productivity. They are available in 3 work space sizes (40, 50 and 57 cu. ft.), making them quite spacious. Two temperature ranges and the choice of many options are available. Standard batch oven features include digital indicating control, fan forced horizontal air flow, incoloy sheathed elements, aluminized steel interior, mineral wool insulation, 2 metal shelves designed to hold 100 lbs on 2" centers, pressure release door latches, safety interlock and many more. All model ovens require 230/3/60Hz for heaters and 115/1/60 for control. If other voltage or single phase for heaters is needed, please request quotation. 350°F (177°C) models have minimum 2" insulation; 550°F (288°C) models have minimum 4" insulation. Gas heating is available as an option.

Fans are 0.75 HP, 1,200 CFM on 350°F (177°C) batch ovens and 1 HP and 1,500 CFM on 550°F (177°C) models. All models include air flow safety switch, manual reset excess temperature control and back up contactors.

U-2005B Upgrade Package like U-2005A for 550°F (288°C) models. Oven stands and extra shelves are available for individual models. Please request quotation.
