U-1980 Despatch Ovens 400°F (204°C), forced convected
Despatch forced convected ovens offer a fast and economical approach to drying or processing large amounts of material. Following are reasons the Despatch forced convected ovens should be carefully considered: Microprocessor-based digital controller and manual reset high limit controller, welded double wall construction with fiber glass insulation, stainless steel interior. These model ovens circulate air after heating to allow more uniform heat distribution. Heaters are at top to protect against damage from dripping asphalt. These ovens are Despatch Industries LBB series of forced convected ovens.
Maximum temperature is 400°F (204°C). Abbreviated specifications follow. Detailed specifications can be supplied via FAX. All models come with 2 shelves on 2" centers. These forced convected ovens are recommended for asphalt testing with elements at top. U-1980A and U-1982A have cord and plug. Others have terminal box and must be hard wired. 120 VAC is standard except where indicated. They can be supplied for 240 VAC as an option. All models have reinforced shelves except U-1980A and U-1982A which come with standard shelves only.
